Our Warranty and Returns Policy

Try your Wonder Sheet on your bed first, to check the size and design is correct, BEFORE you wash it. Easier to return if you haven't washed it. And keep the packaging.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it in original condition* within 5 days of receiving it. We will happily replace your returned product with an alternative choice or give you a refund. Unfortunately, the postage you paid is not refundable.

If you make a mistake with the size or product then we are more than happy to change it for you, these things happen. Please make contact with us within 5 days of receiving your order and then mail it back to us in its original condition*. We do however, have a 're-stocking fee', which is $14.50.

If you bought your Wonder Sheet from one of stockists, thank youbut you'll have to contact them, not us. You bought it from them so they'll have to issue a refund, depending on their refund and returns policy.

We have a 12 month warranty on the workmanship of both the Wonder Sheet designs and pillowcases.
Workmanship means, if the sewing/seams come apart in any way we will
replace your sheet with a brand new one. Care instructions are on the
packaging and on each sheet and should be read carefully and followed accordingly.

*Original condition means unused, unmarked, unlaundered and in original packaging.
