Our website is set up so you can order and pay online. All you have to do is follow the steps and make sure the measurements you are entering or the size you are choosing is correct. You can either use credit card, choose direct deposit or send us a money order or cheque. We can also take credit card over the phone.
Refunds and exchanges
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it in original condition* with a copy of your receipt to us via prepaid shipping within 7 days of receipt. We will happily replace your returned product with an alternative choice or issue a credit, or give you a full refund. Unfortunately, your postage charge on return are not refundable
*Original condition means unused, unmarked, unlaundered and in original packaging
If you place a 'custom made' order and change your mind before we have started your order we will refund you minus an administration fee of $50.
Payment in full must be received before orders are dispatched.
Please allow an extra 5 days for Personal cheques to be cleared before goods are dispatched.
All prices are GST inclusive.
If you happen to dispute a charge on your credit card without realising it was a purchase from us and the dispute goes in your favour you will need to be make payment again as your financial institution would have refunded you.
'Custom Made' means you get bed linen that fits perfectly. It also enables you to create your own style with the use of our online colour selector and product range.
Your order would take between 4-6 weeks, depending exactly what you have ordered and where its being mailed to. If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you up dated with the status of your order

All prices are in Australian dollars
Australia wide will be $10.00 for 'custom made' orders and $8 for Wonder Sheet orders. Delivery by courier where possible, otherwise Australia Post.
We can ship to anywhere so if your country doesn't appear please contact us for a price.

We pride ourselves on the fact that we do not make any profit from your postage costs. As we grow as a business additional postage benefits will become available to us and we look forward to being able to pass these onto our valued customers, such as yourself.
Some countries ( UK, the E.U., and Canada in particular) charge Customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be.
By law, we have to declare the status (i.e. "merchandise" or "gift") and the value of each parcel accurately. It is a criminal offence for us to make a false Customs declaration, so PLEASE do not ask us to mark your parcel as a gift or underestimate the value as we cannot do it! Thanks for understanding
