Check the size, design and colour are correct, BEFORE you wash it. Easier to return if you haven't washed it. And keep the packaging.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it in original condition* within 5 days of receiving it. We will happily replace your returned product with an alternative choice or give you a refund.

If you make a mistake with the size or product then we are more than happy to change it for you, these things happen. Please make contact with us within 5 days of receiving your order and then mail it back to us in its original condition*. We do however, have a 're-stocking fee', which is $14.50 per item. Unfortunately, the postage you paid is not refundable.

If you bought your items from one of stockists, thank you but you'll have to contact them, not us. You bought it from them so they'll have to issue a refund, depending on their refund and returns policy.
