Internet and Mail order
Our website contains information and our online catalogue. It includes all prices and a shopping cart to either buy online using the very secure online credit card system paypal or by printing out our order form and either taxing or mailing us your requirements.
Refunds and exchanges
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it in original condition* with a copy of your receipt to us via prepaid shipping within 14days of receipt. We will happily replace your returned product with an alternative choice or issue a credit, or give you a full refund. Unfortunately, your postage charges on return are not refundable
*Original condition means unused, unmarked, unlaundered and in original packaging
Payment
Payment in full must be received before orders are dispatched. Neeki Designs uses the very secure paypal credit card facility.
Please allow an extra 5 days for Personal cheques to be cleared before goods are dispatched.

Orders
Neeki Designs primarily custom makes most of their products, this enables you to create your own style with the use of our online colour selector and product range, which we then make for you to your specifications.
Our delivery time is between 3-4weeks depending exactly where the destination is and what your requirements are. If there are any unexpected delays in ordered fabrics we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you up dated with the status of your order
Postage and handling info
All prices are in Australian dollars
Australia wide will be $14.95. Delivery by Fastway where available, otherwise Australia Post
World wide will be $27.50. Delivery by Air mail
Delivery
For delivery in Australia your order will be delivered by courier (where available) and a signature is required on delivery. Therefore, you must give us an address where someone will be in. eg. your work address, a neighbour or a friend. Deliveries via our courier service will be made from the same day or up to 3 days. If for some reason you are not home when the parcel is delivered and it is too big to fit into your post box, it will be forwarded to the nearest post office, for you to collect at your earliest convenience.

As we grow as a business additional postage benefits will become available to us and we look forward to being able to pass these onto our valued customers, such as yourself.
Tracking your parcel in Australia
When your parcel is ready for shipping, you will be emailed a consignment number in which you can track and trace your item(s). To do this simply click on this link www.fastway.com.au and enter your consignment number in the box provided and click Submit.
Taxes
Some countries ( UK, the E.U., and Canada in particular) charge Customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be.
By law, we have to declare the status (i.e. "merchandise" or "gift") and the value of each parcel accurately. It is a criminal offence for us to make a false Customs declaration, so PLEASE do not ask us to mark your parcel as a gift or underestimate the value as we cannot do it! Thanks for understanding
