The original sheet called 'The Wonder Sheet' was created by Dominique in 2003 with the help of her mum, for Dominiques dad who’s had Parkinsons disease since diagnosed at 39years of age in 1983. He started to have problems turning over in bed on normal sheets so with Dominiques background in textiles and designs different fabrics were tried and finally they came up with satin. It was the most durable, comfortable, luxurious and accessible fabric on the market and it worked amazingly and felt beautiful without feeling clinical. It was all about the position of the satin that made it work so well.
The therapeutic benefits were fantastic and the feedback from other sufferers was so good it turned into a hobby. Juggling two jobs, in hospitality and Property Management Dominique was really starting to enjoy helping people. With the support from loved ones and with a real passion Dominique gave up all her jobs and pursued a range of bed linen that everyone can enjoy.
People started to ask for sheets to be made for odd size beds such as adjustable beds, boats, caravans, cots and massage tables. Some people had heard about what Dominique was doing and were very interested in the design and the benefits that they were going to receive. It's a style of bed linen thats custom made to your specifications, a range of colours and fabrics are available to choose from in our 4 different collections and the personal and caring service which is free, along with free delivery on the Gold Coast when you order online.
After a lot of research and time we can now offer a fantastic range of fabrics and colours in our 4 collections. We have available the new 100% Egyptian cotton with a thread count of 460, it's gorgeous. Other bedroom accessories such as mattress protectors, bedspreads, duvet covers and inserts are available, just not everything is displayed yet so please don't hesitate to contact us for more information.
